BCBA/ LBA

Responsibilities include: assessments, treatment planning and development, direct ABA instruction, RBT training and supervision, social groups, parent coaching.
Credentials required: BCBA certification and NYS LBA licensure.

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

Responsibilities include: direct ABA care under supervision and guidance of BCBA, data collection, participation in ongoing training
Credentials required: high school diploma

ABA Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities include: coaching and supporting BCBAs and RBTs, evaluating treatment plans and analyzing data, case management
Credentials required: BCBA certification and NYS LBA licensure, 3+ years experience

Special Educator

Responsibilities include: addressing academic goals, documenting sessions and student progress, collaborating with the care team, participating in IEP meetings, ongoing professional development trainings

Credentials required: Masters in Special Education and NYS Teacher Certification, bilingual certification (for bilingual students)

Educational Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities include: monitoring student progress, collaborating and guiding therapists, communicating with parents and school personnel
Credentials required: Masters in Special Education, NYS Teacher Certification, bilingual certification, SBL certification preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities include: addressing speech and language goals, documenting sessions and student progress, collaborating with the care team, ongoing professional development trainings
Credentials required: Masters in Speech and Language Pathology, NYSED certificate as a TSHH or TSSLD, NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, bilingual certification

Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities include: addressing cognitive, physical and sensory goals, documenting sessions and student progress, collaborating with the care team, ongoing professional development trainings
Credentials required: Masters in Occupational Therapy, NYS license as an Occupational Therapist

Physical Therapist

Responsibilities include: addressing physical and motor goals, documenting sessions and student progress, collaborating with the care team, ongoing professional development trainings
Credentials required: Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, NYS license as a Physical Therapist

Mental Health Professionals

Responsibilities include: addressing psychological, social-emotional and behavioral goals, documenting sessions and student progress, collaborating with the care team, parent coaching, ongoing professional development trainings
Credentials required: Masters or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, NYS license as a LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist, Bilingual Certification preferred
